Shoba Chandran

Creating space for everyone to feel heard​

Shoba’s 20-year career has taken her across the APAC region where she has worked with both large and small, commercial, governmental and not-for-profit organisations. She specialises in facilitating strategy retreats, department work-planning sessions and innovation consultancy. 

She is a Certified Competent Facilitator (CCF), Scrum Master and CTI-trained coach. She also formed part of the team to write a book on facilitation called “Collaboration by Design” released in late 2017.

More recently, she has been directing part of her energies to upskilling her industry peers: developing experienced and newer trainers into learning facilitators, as well as developing the next generation of process facilitators.​
