She has been providing training and coaching service to world's top organizations, including LVMH group, Estée Lauder, and L’Oréal group. She has directly facilitated and supervised training for over 3,000 participants globally. Montana specializes in facilitating training on business, leadership, coaching, and sales-related topics.
