As former Head of Sales in APAC, Milan led a diverse sales team across 18 markets growing the sales results consistently. Later, he stepped out of his corporate life to follow his north star.

Now, as the CEO - Chief Experience Officer - in his company, he works with his clients to grows leaders. As Faculty Member at Google’s Mastery Faculty and the Co-Active Training Institute, he is growing leaders and coaches. He also offers leadership and relationship retreats at La Tierra's retreat center in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Milan is thrilled to share his skills and experiences rooted in his diverse journey living in 9 countries and 3 continents.

Milan is married to the love of his life Pim and together they raise 3 boys.
